In the spring of 2008 we were pleased to offer “The Bible as your GPS” an eight week course about the bible and how to study it, written and lead by the Rev. Kobus Genis. We had 9 people sign up and complete the course and the feedback we received was very positive. This is definitely a course we will run again.

We also wish to thank Rev. Martin and Meta Lynas for their leadership during 2008 of the Men’s and Women’s groups. Comprised mostly of the older and retired members of our congregation, they met monthly for a time of fellowship, and study. They also hosted a luncheon and a service during the year.

In 2009 we are looking forward to offering more bible study courses, as well as co-ordinating with the Pastoral Care Team to implement small groups to offer bible study through this ministry.
